Gallbladders are occasionally bilobed in cats. Here is a nice example from Chapter 6 – Liver

This usually represents an incidental finding in cats, although hepatic lipidosis and biliary sludge (*) were identified in this cat. The liver parenchyma (L) was hyperechoic in A.
