Hi, I bought the digital version ( more expensive than the printed version) but did not receive a password to open and view videos online. Can you help?
Hi! I don’t have an electronic version of the book with me, but I’m positive that the password is provided in a page at the beginning of the book. In the hard copy, the password in on page ix “About the companion website”, which follows the Preface (page xi). Can you find it?
