I think I see distended stomach wall as I can make out the normal layering and some rugal folds. This object appears to be in the stomach (fundus) where there is hyperechoic digesta (possibly kibble) surrounding it and some echogenic fluid. The object is about 5cm in diameter using the scale on the side. I am guessing a gastric FB, like a ball of some sort made of material that allows the passage of sound waves as there is not an acoustic shadow - maybe a spongy ball that has absorbed some fluid or something like that. There is a hyperechoic capsule around this. The other possibility would be a mass of some sort like a leiomyosarcoma although in this clip there does not appear to be any communication with the gastric wall. Wound be nice to put some colour on it.

I had a case like this. It was a jumping ball. We performed a laparatomy to remove the ball.
