So interesting case; I think a retrograde jejunum-ileo-colic intussusception.

Foreing body and intussusception apparently in duodenum. Higher ecogenicity of the mesentery around the bowel (inflammatory).

There is an intussusception of small intestine (likely ileum) into the colon (transverse portion at least).
At the beginning of the video a heterogeneous hyperechoic mass is observed in the lumen, likely the trigger. Considering the cranial right area of the abdomen, it is likely a intussuception of the ileo-colic valve into the colon. The latest part of the video show a hypoechoic structure spreading around the intussucepto, with dedicated vasculature highlighted by the Doppler in my opinion consistent with mesenteric vessels.

It looks like an intussusception. Based on the location and the appearance of the structures it appears to be a duodenal/gastric intussusception. Next step would be exploratory.

Je ferai une laparotomie et je penses plus à une tumeur qu'a une simple invagination

probably intussuseption in the small intestine, probably a neoplasia causing obstruction/intussuspection
I would stabilize the patient, and then go with exploratory laparatomy
