It looks like a large peri renal pseudocyst of the right kidney.

for me it is a severe hidronefrosis of the right kidney and tumor of the proximal ureter, probably carcinoma with mineralization zones

hydronéphrose, contenu échogène évoquant possiblement des saignements , masse hilaire rein droit. Néphrectomie et analyse de la pièce d'exérèse. suspicion de tumeur.

The right kidney appears to have hydronephrosis. In the area near the renal pelvis there are some multilobed soft tissue structures which could be consistent with mass lesions. These mass lesions could be the source of hydronephosis. No obvious calculus were evident on the US but could also be a cause of uretal obstruction and hydronephrosis.An exploratory would be indicated with potential nephrectomy and histopath.

Enlarged R kidney Could it be a torsion?

The fluid appears to be highcellular for a hydronephrosis. Renal abscess is my best guess.

Bonne année Dominique! J’allais dire carcinome spinocellulaire (squamous cell) car j’en ai vu un dans le passé qui ressemblait à ça avec encore beaucoup plus de minéralisation (c’était fou). Beau cas! Ciao! LP
