Eccentric intestinal lesions can be quite confusing. The entity of lipogranulomatous lymphangitis is poorly known and could be confused with an eccentric tumor or a granulomatous enteritis. The signalement and clinical history help in prioritizing the differential list.
Exploratory surgery was the recommended next step in this dog.
