I have serious doubts if this radiopaque object is a foreign body or a mummified fetus. Apparently this object is outside any viscera, located freely in the abdominal cavity, due to an intestinal or uterine rupture. There is peritonitis and free peritoneal fluid. The fact is that this patient should undergo an exploratory laparotomy right away.

for me it´s a foreign body into small intestine, probably jejunum, with hiperecogenic mesenteric fat and a little bit of free fluid. Thank you for Sharing.
