mild ascites, splenic lymph node enlargement, jejunal segment abscess or granuloma or wall mass, omental volvulus
İ would offer diagnostic laparatomy and histopathology
Chi
Findings:
-Mild ascites in the abdomen
-Enlarged splenic lymph node
-Segmental cavrnous soft-tissue structure attached to the small intestines (suspect an edematous structure due to lack of blood flow)
- Patient exibiting discomfort when scanning the area.
DDX includes omental vessel infarction or omental volvulus?
Recommend exploratory laparotomy.
Cristina Carta
Abdominal fluid collection with enlarget spleen and splenic lymph node.
Thickned jejunum and suspect intestinal and omental volvulus (no blood flow in the omental vessels).
Cathy W Jarrett
Hypoechoic ascites, small volume.
Jejunal mural wall lesion. r/o abscess (possibly secondary to GI perforation), granuloma, GIST, other neoplasia. Would FNA and perform c/s.
Jacquie Pankatz
Eccentric, extraluminal jejunal wall mass with a spongy and cavitated appearance and low or no blood flow on colour Doppler. It appears to be confluent with the outer layers of the affected loop. Abdominal effusion and surrounding steatitis pattern. No free abdominal gas. Local lymph node enlargement. DDx: smooth muscle tumour, GIST with possible necrosis, other neoplasia (lymphoma, carcinoma), intestinal wall granuloma or abscess. I would go to surgery for R and A, and histopath. (see you at Vet Meet : ) )

Sugiero laparotomia y biopsia.
