I have seen several felines with similar changes. My usual DDX: polycystic renal disease, hepatobiliary cysts; esp. in animals with normal liver enzymology and evidence of renal disease.

Hi Dr. P. Thank you for such a cool case. Is it polycystic kidney disease + polycystic hepatobiliary disease (such as multiple biliary hamartomas)? I believe there is an inherited basis to this and the two diseases are commonly associated with each other? Please let me know! Thanks again!

Hi, I think of policystic renal disease, but I couldn´t exclude lymphoma. Liver cysts . LAlso near Bladder trigone there is a heterogeneous area, makes me think in neo. or chronic focussed inflamatory process.

I think it could be bilateral policystic renal desease and policystic hepatic disease.

Hi! I think that when there is policystic renal disease it is possible to find these cysts in the liver also.
Thank you!
