Jaione Sancho

Site is cystothomy thichened and irregular lumen wall and enteritis

Frank Galea

bladder wall irregular and thickened - inflsmmstion

German Arcila

Adherencia intestino delgado a la pared vesical .

Blair Johnson

There are several images that have hypoechoic areas that look suspicious for free fluid and the bladder wall is very difficult to define in some areas. I am concerned that the incision did not heal properly and there may be some urine leakage or possibly fluid related to infection or inflammation.

Christina Wolf

Adhesion to small intestine, inflammation of the adhesionsite including intestines wall.

nancy elizabeth kicherer

how was the dog treated and did signs resolve?

Dominique Author

The dog was put on antibiotics and signs stopped. However, when off antibiotics, the clinical signs returned...Once this cycle of AB is finished, the plan is to recheck the bladder and perform a cystocentesis and get another urine culture done. I'll keep you posted if anything new shows up!
