Hi, well it looks just like enteric intussusception with low Doppler haematosis due to chronic diarrhea syndrome of that dog. Yes it is compatible with the history and the dog needs surgery instantly

I am not sure, but at the end of the video it seems to be an invagination. Since it is an older dog and there are quite hipoecogenic lymph nodes I am thinking of a tumor too. I would send the dog to laparoscopy .

lymphoma or infiltrating neoplastic process , lost of layers,

Color Doppler ultrasonography of the descending colon demonstrates increased vascular flow within the colonic wall, along with a reverberating echogenic focus originating from the mucosal surface, findings most consistent with a superficial ulceration. The colonic wall appears thickened with partial loss of normal layering, and a reactive ileocecal lymph node is present, with the presence of hematochezia being consistent with these findings. Further diagnostic steps may include fecal examination and colonoscopy for definitive evaluation.

Invagination,free fluid, lymphomegaiy

Chronic inflammation of the colon with colonic intussusception associated with perforating ulcers, minimal amount of free abdominal fluid, steatites and reactive lymph nodes.
