Time to play! [5]: the answer

The rounded echogenic structure seen in the pyloric region in the Time to Play 5 quiz is actually an adenomatous polyp.  This lesion is benign in nature but can cause obstruction depending on its size. Also, at times, the lesion can be ulcerated, and bleeding can occur.
