  1. I suspect there is gas in the submucosal layer of the wall. There is an indentation of the mucosal surface with gas. the lumenal contents have a hyperechoic linear structure that casts acoustic shadow. There is also a curvilinear acoustic shadowing structure within the lumen. Suspect gastric foreign body(ies) , penetrating?, ulcerating . Radiographs and endoscopy would be complimentary.
