Focal thickening if the bladder wall is present at the cystotomy site, this is not surprising 2 months after surgery.
A concurrent cystitis is possible.
Also a intestinal segment appears to adhere to the cystotomy site…this can be encountered and is not necessarily associated with intestinal signs.

how was the dog treated and did signs resolve?
The dog was put on antibiotics and signs stopped. However, when off antibiotics, the clinical signs returned…Once this cycle of AB is finished, the plan is to recheck the bladder and perform a cystocentesis and get another urine culture done. I’ll keep you posted if anything new shows up!
