A dog is presenting for dribbling urine 2 months after cystotomy…what do you see?
cistitis on the ventral side with polipoid proliferation.
Adhesion to small intestine, inflammation of the adhesionsite including intestines wall.
There are several images that have hypoechoic areas that look suspicious for free fluid and the bladder wall is very difficult to define in some areas. I am concerned that the incision did not heal properly and there may be some urine leakage or possibly fluid related to infection or inflammation.
